Problems reaching certain websites from one user account
 

I am having problems reaching certain websites with my sons user account. The issue only appears to effect Facebook, Twitter, Google and Microsoft Family Safety. If I log in using my own account everything works fine.

A couple of notes to help -

• The issue is present no matter which browser i use.
• Even the using Google as the default search engine does not work. Bing & Yahoo work fine.
• The PC runs Windows 8.1 64 Bit
• I am on Virgin Broadband in the UK
• The PC connects to the router via a network switch as do other PC's in the house.
• Malware Bytes returns no results
• Bitdefender anti virus returns no results

Thanks in advance for any help that you can give.

First and most obvious port of call would be to turn Microsoft Family Safety off and see what happens.
