Itunes Artwork advice please
 

Itunes program installed on pc

Library saved to hard drive

All music files saved to portable hard drive

Album artwork added manually (Not downloaded from itunes)

Music files backed up to a second portable hard drive

However, problem arises when I tell itunes to connect to the back-up hard drive and artwork fails to show

What am I missing???
