Cut and paste error in Word 97
 

I run Word 97 on a PC with Windows 98. When I try to cut and paste a table, I get an illegal operation message and Word closes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it's still the same. Anyone got any ideas???:confused:

You don't say whether you have checked the Microsoft Knowledge Base for Word 97, but the nearest I could find to your problem ishttp://support.microsoft.com/default...;en-us;Q167988
If that isn't it, have a look at some of the others in that area.
