Pprune won't "remember me"
 

I had a problem with my computer a few days ago and a friend fixed the problem which was an unwanted pop-up advertisement. In the diagnosis he wiped all cookies.

While it didn't seem to affect day to day operation of the computer, I discovered that ticking the "remember me" box during login was a waste of time. I have never had this before. As soon as Ieft Pprune (I did not log out) and returned a few minutes later I lost my login and had to start all over again with username and password. Still happening now for several days.

Request advice on how I can ensure Pprune "remembers me" after login?

Sounds like the 'accept cookies' option has been switched off.
