Question for Milo
 

In a previous thread you advised to use Combofix and have downloaded it to my desktop. however in their guide for use, it advises not to use without supervision. What level of supervision do I need ? Am I likely to do more damage than good? Im still trying to get rid of the annoying Intellitxt. Thank in advance.
