Managing files on I-pads used by several people
 

30 I-pads foating around on a wireless network, lots of users have access to them. Is there an easy, non-itunes way to manage them files and pics? None will be sensitive, so security is not important. Retrieval is. Any ideas? Ta.

Its called a document management system. Your IT guys should be able to advise. At the higher end you've got stuff like EMC Documentum with a variety of other options at lower price points .... but if you don't give a toss about security, just stick the docs somewhere in the "cloud", like Google Apps perhaps.
