I bought a Bush flatscreen telly a couple of months back to use as a CCTV monitor,so mostly I needed the scart and phono composite video sockets on same.
It came with a stupid socket on the side called a mini scart along with a short piece of cable with a delicate wee plug much like a USB on one end and a female scart on tother, this arrangement went tits up after a week.
Spent many hours trying to track a new adapter down on ebay and eventually succeeded, paid 19 quid for a new adapter only to find it did not fit,the new kit was a bit more robust so obviously the manufacturers had that many complaints about this junk socket they changed the design.
Anyone tempted to buy one of these sets tiz a Bush the only redeeming feature being that it was very cheap.
:(

Hey, Drapes, dunno if this is helpful but there should be a couple of hdmi sockets lurking in there somewhere, cheers, Mike

HDMI Sockets or plug would be no good it is a proprietary mini scart socket unique to BUSH TVs or it was for a short production run after which they scrapped the idea, ergo the adapter is hard to come by.:(
