MMS image won't upload to my laptop
 

Hi all

A chum has sent my aged Nokia 6700s a couple of MMS messages. I have received them and can happily see her smiling image and I would like to save the images to my laptop. Normal pics I can save no problem. When I open the Nokia PC Suite and select each message in turn, where the image should be is nothing (Nokia PC Suite equivalent of nothing which is a fading grey block).

I have been googling every query option but there has to be a simple way to extract the pics!!

Any ideas please?

I am using WIN7 on an HP laptop. All other imaging/functionality is working fine!
