Windows 7 firefoxand IE problem.
 

Running 7.
Firefox and IE have both miniaturised themselves to a size where pages are unreadable and can't undo/ get back to normal size.

Anyone know how to sort this?

hit ctrl-zero in firefox (no idea on internet exploder ... a quick googoo suggests the same trick might work)

Had the same problem myself. Don't know about Firefox but in Windows 7/IE expand the window to maximum by using the mouse pointer/double arrow icon on all four edges. Once at full size close the window by using the X in the top right corner. Reopen window by double clicking and it should be back to normal.
Don't use the button next to the X as it will just return it to the problem size the next time you open any window.
