Navitaire crew sign on problem

my company is using Navitaire system for crew sign on. the normal sign on is ok but there is another function which is duty swap . this function causes problem as it s always (auto)log out and no duty swap activated. :mad:

who has this same problem and how can you solve it. Is it the server problem?
