Request for help with simple item
My Vista Vaio boots right through to a ready status when I turn it on. If, however, I Sleep it, it stops with the orange square button in the middle of the screen - with my name on it - and that has to be pressed to get it ready to go.
For various reasons, that's causing me a lot of problems. Why only on Sleep? And can I easily get rid of it? There's only me here. |
Something like Control Panel, Power Options, unclick Require Password on Wakeup
|
Thanks for that.
I went to "Change settings that are currently unavailable" and lo, it did the trick. Wouldn't have delved in there if you hadn't said.:ok: |
