Links won't open?

I use IE9 as my browser and if I click o any lnk in a we pag It wont open in a new window like it used to.
It just seems to try loading it and I'mback where I started.
If I right click and click on open in new tab or open in new window same thing hapens- any suggestions please?

There is an entry from OnyXxl that did the trick.
