Live mail print hang

Something new for me.

Win7 ultimate 32, avast & an HPDJ F4180.

Live mail hangs if I try to print an email with an embedded image. This is with Avast on or off. Any other document I.e. Fax, Word, Excel or non image email etc works fine, just emails in live mail. Anyone seen this before?
