I already know about and use this nifty function on PPRuNe to save my entire batch of sent Private Messages to a text file (or similar format) in a single shot, so I can then clean out my "sent" box to make some space, without losing all the useful info in it.

However.... I still haven't figured out how to save my received PMs in a similar manner. Whatever I try, only the sent messages get saved.

I suppose the answer is hideously simple, but I haven't found it.

Any help gratefully received :ok:

Just tried and opened the big TXT file with all of my Inbox PMs in it. Works fine.

You are right, and I'm stupid.
I never scrolled down far enough properly .....
Just checked... my saved TXT files do have first all the sent ones, then the inbox ones.
Never to old to learn......

Anyway, Cesco, many thanks for putting up with an oldie and pointing me the right way :ok:
