Recent Problems with Orange email
 

For the last two weeks I have been unable to log onto my Orange email address. I can receive e mails because I use Mailwasher which puts accepted mails into Outlook Express. I have also just successfully re-registered my e mail address using the same password.

I usually use IE browser but have also tried using Firefox to no avail. Using other computers I have no problem, even using the same wireless router.

I use AVG antivirus (free) and I suspect that this is the problem.

At the same time I have been unable to download BBC programmes using i Player which is pretty tragic because I missed almost all of First Light the other night.

I am about to remove everything from the hard disk and start again unless some bright ppruner can save the day.

I can access my Orange email OK. Must be a problem your end I'm afraid.
