Can't play .wmv file from Beeb
 

Downloaded same and tried to play it in VLC, no joy. Tried WMP (10) and got a message 'You need to update your security settings'. Clicking on that opened Opera with a blank page.

Tried Googling and found some advice "rename DRM folder to DRMBackup then it will work". It just created another DRM folder (XP) for itself and still same results.

Any suggestions please? In fact, all I wanted to do was take a couple of snapshots from a programme, which VLC would do no problem.
