A mailto: desktop shortcut - how?

I m trying to setup a desktop icon which, when you click on it, opens up (e.g.) Outlook Express, with two email addresses already loaded into the To: field, and some text (which I will edit slightly before pressing Send) in the body of the email.

It is trivial to do this (by creating a shortcut whose "location" is a mailto:xxxxx, yyyyy) but I cannot see any way to preload the body text of the email.

I normally use OE for trivial emails, where I don't even need to keep a copy, etc.

This link describes it well:
