Password change
Slightly odd query, I'm afraid.
Having ticked the 'remember this password' box for some of my sign-in sites, I had to change the password. The auto sign-in keeps entering the old password and entry is refused. Can't find any way of cancelling the 'remembered' password or changing it to the new one. Any pointers, please? TIA |
If it's FireFox then >tools>options>security then click on the 'saved password' box. If it's IE I don't have a clue.

GG - spot on, Firefox it is. Done and dusted and many thanks.:ok::D

Firefox - Ubuntu
I have Mozilla Firefox under Ubuntu.
I do not have any saved passwords but it looks like Edit > Preferences > Security to get to the "Saved Password" box for me. May be to do with Linux, or because I (probably) have latest version of Firefox ( I noticed significant Firefox updates just a few days ago when Ubuntu updated). Have had a quick look at IE but cannot find anything useful - suggest a Google search if anyone has this problem with IE. |
