Internet speed

Have been using the internet here in India and it is like molasses on a winter's day.

Anyone aware of any websites that give you a heads up on slow areas? It was OK til about 24 hours ago and I thought perhaps it was my Macbook that was having a sulk.

There's been a break on the SEACOM cable. The failure affects traffic towards both India and Europe
