Website problem

Hi all,

Anyone on Orange broadband (livebox) here in the UK and able to get onto the BALPA website?
Not been able to get on for a few weeks, spoke to Orange a five times to let them know its still not working. I can get on if I go to a mates and use their broadband with my laptop.
Anyone able to help?

Which browser? If Firefox, try clearing history & logging on again.

Thanks for the reply.

Im on a MAC. I have tried on Safari, Opera, Firefox and Chrome. None of them work and I tried cleaning the history etc. Still no luck

What happens if you do a ping to www.balpa.org?

It should resolve to 195.26.236.245 even though you won't get a response. If not it's a DNS problem - you could try putting http://195.26.236.245/ into your browser.

You could also check your hosts file to ensure that you haven't got an incorrect entry for www.balpa.org in there.

What is the actual error you are getting?
