Log in problem!

What’s wrong with the PPRuNe log in system? Why does the above message incorrectly come up several times when trying to log in? It should not take five or six attempts to log in with the correct letters and numbers being entered each time but only recognised as correct on the final attempt! Please cease this unnecessarily antagonistic attitude towards your guests. It's getting as bad as airport security nazis.
