Ignorant about PMs
 

Sorry if this has been asked times and times before.

Is there a quick/easy way of dumping all those PMs from my PPRuNe Inbox and Send Items into local files on my HD, so I can clean my PPRuNe "mailbox"?

Hi CJ,

You can. In your inbox select those messages you wish to download (box to the right) and at the far bottom right, there's a drop down menu where you can select XML, CSV or TEXT to download your messages to your computer then clear them out.

Not only does it free up my "mailbox", but also stops having to search through old PMs each time, trying to decide which ones to delete :ugh:
