Freesat again

Anyone in the UK S/E lost the signal? Been like this for the past seven hours or so. Can't get any channels even radio.All leads firmly attached.:confused:

Phoned the Bush help line and after (press1) and all that got some pre recorded message saying take it back to the deal:confused: Most strange:confused:

Sounds silly, but the dish lead hasn't come loose at the back of your box?
