Printing a PDF file

I have downloaded a brochure in a PDF format which I suspect is not A4. I like to print it on a A4 sheets but I only get a small portion of the actual document which frankly is useless. Is there a way to print the entire page in a A4 sheet even using smaller fonts.

I have try to decrease the size (in percentage) but it does not work.

Any ideas please?

I don't know what program you are using to view the PDF with but the one I use (Foxit reader) when you open the print dialogue there is an option to set the scaling to fit the print page

I am using the adobe but thanks for your assistance.

Acrobat Reader should allow you to "fit to printable area" in the print dialogue box.

Yes, Foxit will do the job for you - why not download and use it? It's free.

Cant you just open printer properties, seltect whatever paper size you want and then select "fit to page"?

Wot mutt said. Scaling to paper, etc., is typically a function of the printer driver. Changing to Foxit Reader isn't going to fix anything.

It worked thanks to scaling.

Many thanks for all involved.

It gets more bloated with each new version that they release.
Agreed - I use v6 on 2 of my home PCs and an older laptop.

I have experienced a lot of instability problems with v7 & v8 on older PCs.

Definitely. I picked up a copy of Acrobat 5 from somewhere, and it's great, despite the nag screens which tell me it won't work... always does!
