Customer service and a half!
 

I will not invoke mod action by 'advertising' the company here, but will gladly do so if SD approves. PMs available if not.

My LCD monitor 'died' yesterday lunchtime. At 15:25 I ordered a replacement from the UK branch of a European 'discount company'. Not only was their on-line price the best, but at £4.99 for "next day if ordered before 16:00" I took a gamble and paid the £1 surcharge(!). It arrived at 10:30 today. All fine, and superb email 'updates' along the way.

No problem in posting the company name or links to their website, as this is information. Good service deserves to be highlighted!

The only issue really is where someone self-promotes, overtly or (worse) covertly.
