Computer illiterate
 

Can anyone advise me how to insert these little smiley faces in to my e-mails (Am I right in thinking they`re called emoticons?) I presumed they would just appear when I typed the correct symbols like on pprune but they dont. Do I need to download something first? I`m using Microsoft Outlook and cant seem to find any option to toggle them on or off. http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/eek.gif
