I've tried these and others but the problem is that they don't give you the information, or will not sell you a seat within 48 hrs of departure over the net!They expect you to spend money on a phone call,which I have tried and then found myself on hold for ten minutes before giving up, why are they not keen to have you collect your ticket from the desk and arrange it over the net at the last minute?
The problem with priceline was that I could only choose the day of travel not the flight.

Depends on where you want to go have you tried www.easyjet.com or www.ryanair.com

Good point but I didn't want to fly from Luton,my preferance was LHR. Also they can get very expensive if you book at the last minute.
