Helicopter game controllers
 

Can anyone recommend a good quality [ie robust] set of helicopter controls [separate cyclic, collective, pedals] - I'm struggling to find anything at all on the internet.

Try looking under radio controlled model sites.
Their are a few good model helicopter learning and simulation programs around, these will hook up to a transmitter box via a lead to the pc, very realistic (and cheaper) way of learning to fly the models.

Drawback is if you after 'normal' controls yaw is done with one of the sticks, not pedal.
Normal config is :
Left stick - collective and rudder
Right Stick - cyclic
