KAKWORM virus help req'd
 

G'day,
I need a bit of help please!!
Recently I rec'd an e-mail which contained the KAKWORM virus. I deleted the e-mail, then cleared the recycle bin etc... However, the system said it could not 'repair' the problem and only performed a quarentine of the virus.
How do I kill it?? I don't think it has corrupted anything...YET, but would like to get rid of it B4 anything can happen http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/eek.gif

Quarantine is (I'm guessing) Norton Anti Virus terminology. If so run NAV (start * programs * Norton/Symantec * NAV. Dig around for a page called quarantine, select the attachment and then choose delete.
