Playing DVDs on Satellite Pro using b****y Vista
 

Bit of assistance required:

Cannot play DVD using a projector with default Toshiba DVD. Cannot play DVD at all with Windows Media Player or Realplayer. DVD is sourced from a video tape converted to DVD format.

Have downloaded Roxio Codecs but file would not open due "corrupt" despite several attempts.

Any clues?:confused:

Try here for a free virtual DVD player. Works for me. I don't think this constitutes advertising 'cos it is a free unrestricted download.
