Retrieval of deleted e-mails

Is it possible to retrieve an e-mail once it has been deleted with outlook express?

If it's still in the trashcan, yes. If you've deleted the 'deleted messages', as it were, then I'm afraid the answer is no.

Any good Internet Service Provider (privately owned) should upon proof of identification be able to retrieve all your emails for up to 12 months. They may charge a fee but it can be done.
