Virgin Net settings?

I recently replaced my modem and in the process dumped all the settings for my dial up networking for Virgin Net. Could anyone please tell me what the primary and secondary DNS settings are for Virgin Net. Thank you!

TCP/IP settings from my setup:

1. Select 'Server assigned IP address'

2. Select 'Specify name server address'. Then:

Primary DNS: 154.168.4.100
Secondary DNS: 154.168.8.100

3. Select 'Use IP header compression'

4. Select 'Use default gateway on remote network'
