Why won't the link to someone slagging off Virgin Net (I presume) below, work?

I think Virgin Net are great.

They got hacked. They shut down the system. They posted new passwords to users and apologised for the incovenience.

You can hardly complain about that. The hacker group who attacked them is notorious and highly competent. You don't a shop for being closed because some yob has smashed the front window so I think you ougt to give VirginNet a break.

Better Customer Service than I get from AOL...
