MTX VIRUS WARNING
 

On serching for the source of infection, I have discovered that a friend unwittingly sent me an e-mail from his infected computer and his computer sent a second e-mail all by itself. The second e-mail was titled "no subject" and it was this one that contained the virus programme. I found that I had the virus for sure by using Windows Explorer and searching for a file "mtx_.exe"

At this stage, I am not sure how many people I have unwittingly passed this programme on to.

another one to watch for is an executable that comes with an email headed "OUR BADGE, SO PROUDLY WORN,COMRADESHIP"

A kind friend sent that one to me yesterday, but didn't know he had!
