frozen pages

I`m using W98 and IE6 (IE5 did it too).

Whenever I access a new webpage, I have to wait for what seems like forever....about 90 secs...before I can do anything with it like scroll the page or navigate to the next page. Is this normal/is there a fix?

No it isn't normal. I can only imagine that you don't have much RAM or processing power.

What's your config?
