Question on renaming URL's

Would anyone be able to explain how to rename a link to a URL? Simply copying an address can produce an awfully long affair which I'm told (by Danny) spoils the formatting of his pages. I wish to prevent this occurence in the future.

Hit the URL button just under the box when replying. . .When you enter the url either manually or by pasting it asks you what you want to appear to click on. . .Enter that and it's done.

If you click on the "UBB Code is enabled" link (to the left of the window you use when posting), you can copy and paste the URL link from the instructions. You end up with something <a href="http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/ultimatebb.php?ubb=ubb_code_page" target="_blank">like this!</a>
