'Euro' Symbol on Keyboard. How?
Is there an easy, lo-tech, way to modify a key to represent the 'Euro' symbol on a standard keyboard? My machine and keyboard are Dell operating W98 and are circa 2yrs old. Many thanks.

Try ctrl alt e , this works in MSword

On my machine there is a € symbol on the '4' key - you get it using Ctrl+Alt+4
The keyboard section in the control panel just says that I am using the standard English (UK) locale, so it is worth trying this to see if it is the standard definition. [ 18 January 2002: Message edited by: Evo7 ]</p> |

[ALT Gr] + 4 also = €
Now how do I reassign the £/3 key as €/3? I suppose I'll get used to it |
