Tracing IP Addresses

My Zone Alarm Firewall regularly logs unauthorised access attempts by reference to the IP address.I'm sure there is a site that will convert these addresses into plain language (or at least a URL)but I can't for the life of me remember the details.If anyone can help,please would you be kind enough to respond? You could also try Neotrace. Nice util, it's a visual map of the world and shows you where an IP number is located geographically!
