SCANNED IMAGES

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY WHEN USING MY SCANNER, IT ONLY PRINTS OFF WITH A SMALLER IMAGE THAN THE ONE BEING SCANNED.

ALTHOUGH THE SCREEN DISPLAYS AN ICON STATING 1:1 IT DOES NOT APPEAR ACTUAL SIZE, I HAVE TO OPEN IT UP IN MGI PHOTOSUITE TO THEN ENLARGE IT TO APPROXIMATELY THE RIGHT SIZE I WANT, THEN CUT IT DOWN.

I AM USING A PRIMAX USB 9600.
