Tosh sp6100 unknown devices

Hi there, this unit is permanently showing 2 unknown devices under "other devices". There are no peripherals attached so it must be installed hardware but despite re-installing drivers/ deleting them and scanning for hardware changes these things won't fix themselves......... Any ideas at all anypeeps?
