big apoligies if it has been asked before! im trying to add a picture into a post and i cant work out how to do it.....i know it probably has been answered before but i tried searching and failed so anyone able to help?!!

You have to join a photo hosting site- like photobucket.com

Upload your photo(s) to the site.

Select your photo from the site and copy the "direct link" code to your clipboard.

Click "Insert image" icon (next to the quote) on the "Reply to thread" box on pprune

An "explorer user prompt" appears. Get rid of the "http://" highlighted in blue.

Insert your "direct link" into box and click ok.


Spend rest of life posting pictures of interest, such as half built sheds:)

I have added a link to a very good post from BOAC into the FAQ section.

I found it using Search for "Photo posting guide", BTW. I suggest that you investigate the Advanced Search page, with particular reference to the "Find Posts From" option.
