Qtek 9100/MDA Vario11/XGA Mini
 

Anyone know how to flash the above PDAs. Need to install new firmware. No idea how to go about it.

Worked before I replaced the LCD screen. Screen works now but the software doesn't. I just get an illuminated but blank screen on powering up.

Any help appreciated.

This is the HTC Wizard. Check out the XDA-developers and htcwizard sites. I won't tell you how to do it here, because I don't want to be responsible for bricking your phone. The process also depends on whether you're doing the ROM, extended ROM, radio ROM, and wanting to do a sim/CID unlock.

If it's like other HTC models, upgrading is done by running a file i.e. it has to be working first. If a soft reset (the hidden button) doesn't work, have you tried a hard reset?
