Ipod Shuffle Problem
 

I purchased an Ipod shuffle for my daughter several months ago. I managed to download a number of songs onto the F*****g thing when we first got it but now the only message I get when I transfer songs she has purchased from Itunes is:

The ipod cannot be synced. The disk can not be found. There is still a lot of room left on the device so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Not sure how to resolve this but any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated thanks.

Go onto the apple website and spend a bit of time going through their problems page. If you get no joy, either e-mail them or go into any apple store in the uk (prebook appointment) and they will try and sort it there and then. I went to the Trafford Centre store last week and they couldn't fix my lads IPod, they replaced it there and then :ok:
