Virtumonde
 

I'm hoping someone here might be able to help.

A friend of mine has a Dell media centre laptop. He recently discovered he has a piece of stubborn spyware, it's called virtumonde. He says he's used Spybot, adaware and Norton spyware and none of them have been able to remove it.

Any suggestions?

Basically when he opens IE (it doesn't do anything with Mozilla) it opens five+ windows and opens loads of tabs within them for all junk pages.
