Getting rid of Yahoo Taskbar

The last "line" of taskbars contains the "Yahoo" taskbar.

Deselcting it on the right click menu seems to hide it for a session, but is there anyway of deleting it permanently? (Another program conflicts with it).

Start, control panel, add/remove programs, Yahoo task bar
