Where's my mail?
 

Despite having my MSN Hotmail Junk Mail filter set to "Low", several emails from my daughter have failed to reach me; this problem has only recently manifested itself. Would appreciate any advice on how to fix....

Thanx for the rapid response! She is in my list of permitted addressees - have also had other emails from bona-fide addressees not arrive.

In my hotmail account all junk mail goes into a junk folder so you can check and tell hotmail if it is junk or not I presume yo have checked that folder?

Hi Green Granite, yup, have checked the junk mail folder - the strange thing is that the missing emails never even reach there.
