Cannot open webpage as cookies not enabled!

Been searching for a while to resolve the above problem.
What happens is that when I try to access the British Airways website I am met with the following:
"Error message: cannot open Webpage because Cookies are Not Enabled".

This doesn't happen with any other web site I normally access.

I have enabled cookies, even setting them on the lowest level. Still no joy.
I have cheched my internet security settings, even turned them off (Zone Alarm).
I have checked with the MicroSoft Knowledge Base.
The problem is listed there as Article 315207, so I am guesssing it most be a fairly common problem.
They offer a suggestion in which to remove AdSubtract from my pc which they claim is causing the problem.

They also say that this only applies to systems operating Explorer 5.5.

Firstly, I am using Explorer 7 and secondly having serched my pc, I do not have AdSubtract on my pc.

Has anyone else experienced this or know of a way to over come it?

It's not a (permissions?) problem with your temp internet files directory is it? - Can you delete files in this folder, can you save a text file there using notepad? Is the folder specified in the IE options correct? Just an idea.

Check your tools\internet options\privacy tab\sites to make sure you have not previously blocked all cookies from that site.
