Aaaaaaaghhhh HELP !
 

All of a sudden my pc has started to freeze (hang) I am unable to use the BGS QB as when I go to a question which has a graphic, I look at the graphic, go back to the answer options and lo' and behold the computer just freezes. Eventually it comes up with 'this programme is not responding blah blah blah'.
I havent downloaded any new programmes and just to mention, it's not just the BGS web page that does it it's others as well. ANY useful hints would be gratefully received as its really p***ing me off:ugh:
By the the way I use Avast anti virus software (if thats of any significance)
C'mon you computer buffs out there I need to get back to that question bank!

first things first, have you run a full virus scan, (and updated your virus definitions) and after that, run a spyware scan. Suggest using superantispyware, which is a free download:
