Outlook Send/Receive
 

Pretty basic question- is there a way to allow emails to automatically come into the Inbox in Outlook, as they are generated, rather than having to press the Send/Receive button?

Tools > Send /Receive > Send/Receive Settings > Define Send/Receive Groups... > (highlight) Group Name > (check) Schedule an automatic Send/Receive every "?" (your choice; I use 1 minute).
