Desktop/file search
 

I have a file scanned from a book that contains about 7000 entries arranged in chronological order, with 6 blocks of information in each entry.

I want to be able to search the file by keyword to extract different entries regardless of date.

Has anyone used either of the free Copernic or Google Desktop Search programs, and if so do you have any comment about the ease of use, accuracy, any limitations, etc ?
